Paper Submission
- All papers submitted to the conference must be written in English and prepared in the standard IEEE two-column conference format (A4 size), with a maximum length of six (6) printed pages, inclusive of text, figures, tables, and references. Two additional pages are permitted at an over-length charge of USD 50 per extra page, payable at the time of final (camera-ready) submission.
- Authors should submit their original unpublished work in PDF format to CISCT-2027.
- Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.
- Submission should strictly follow the recommended IEEE conference template (Microsoft Word or LaTeX), available on the conference website. All accepted final papers must be verified for IEEE Xplore® compatibility using IEEE PDF eXpress prior to submission of the camera-ready copy.
- The decision regarding the acceptance of a paper is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee.
- All the paper submission will be done on EDAS conference management software.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the applicable registration category and personally present the paper at the conference. Papers that are not presented (“no-show”) will not be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
- Upon acceptance, the corresponding/presenting author must complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF), transferring copyright of the paper to IEEE, before the final paper is submitted for publication.
Author's Guidelines
Submission should strictly follow the recommended IEEE conference template (Microsoft Word or LaTeX), available on the conference website. Authors are advised to download the template from this page and prepare the manuscript strictly in the prescribed two-column A4 format before uploading.
Publication Ethics
Every paper submitted to CISCT-2027 will be screened for plagiarism using anti-plagiarism/similarity-detection software (e.g., Turnitin/iThenticate) prior to peer review, in line with the IEEE Publication Services and Products Board (PSPB) Operations Manual, Section 8.2.4. Papers with an overall similarity index exceeding 30%, or containing large blocks of unattributed text from a single source, will be rejected without review. The final camera-ready version must have a similarity index below 15%. Authors should observe high standards with respect to publication ethics. Falsification or fabrication of data, plagiarism (including duplicate/self-plagiarism of the authors’ own prior work without proper citation), simultaneous/double submission, and misappropriation of the work of others are all unacceptable and may result in rejection, retraction, and reporting to IEEE.
All listed authors are expected to have made a substantial intellectual contribution to the work, to have reviewed and approved the final manuscript, and to be accountable for the accuracy and integrity of the content, including any portion contributed by a co-author.
Use of AI-generated content (including but not limited to text, figures, images, or code) in a submitted paper must be disclosed in the Acknowledgments section, identifying the AI system(s) used, the section(s) of the paper in which it was used, and the extent of its use, in accordance with IEEE’s policy on generative AI. AI tools/large language models cannot be listed as authors or co-authors, as they cannot take responsibility for the submitted work.
Every paper submitted to the CISCT-2024 will be checked for plagiarism by using anti-plagiarism software (Turnitin), before being sent to a pre-conference review. Authors should observe high standards with respect to publication ethics. Falsification or fabrication of data, plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author’s own work without proper citation, and misappropriation of the work are all unacceptable.
