Registration should be completely up to 25 August 2027 or with late fee 05 September 2027 after receiving the participation confirmation letter from the Convener. The registration form will be e-mailed to the corresponding author with the participation confirmation letter. Filled registration form with registration fee submission detail (original demand draft or scanned copy of bank transfer details) should be sent by speed post (in case of demand draft) or e-mailed (in case of bank transfer) to the Convener.

The above fee structure has been revised for CISCT-2027 to align with current IEEE India Council norms and comparable IEEE-technically-sponsored conferences hosted across India in 2026, and to reasonably cover rising publication and per-paper IEEE Xplore upload costs, Technical Co-Sponsorship (TCS) fees, venue, catering, and delegate-kit expenses associated with a two-day event in September 2027. All fees listed above are exclusive of applicable GST (18%), which will be charged additionally at the time of online payment. A discounted rate applies to verified IEEE members and bona fide full-time students on production of a valid membership/ID card. Fees for the Participants (Non-Author/Listener) category cover conference kit, working lunches, and refreshments but do not include publication in the proceedings.

- All the papers submitted to the conference should be written in English with the maximum page length of six printed pages (10pt font). However, three additional pages are allowed for an extra charge of USD 50 per extra page.
- Authors should submit their original unpublished work in PDF format to CISCT-2023.
- Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.
- Submission should strictly follow the recommended IEEE conference template, which can be found here.
- The decision regarding the acceptance of a paper is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee.
- All the paper submission will be done on EDAS conference management software.
Every paper submitted to the CISCT-2023 will be checked for plagiarism by using anti-plagiarism software (Turnitin), before being sent to a pre-conference review. Authors should observe high standards with respect to publication ethics. Falsification or fabrication of data, plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author’s own work without proper citation, and misappropriation of the work are all unacceptable.
