All accepted final papers must be verified for IEEE Xplore® compatibility using IEEE PDF eXpress prior to submission of the camera-ready copy.

TBA — the IEEE PDF eXpress conference ID for 2027 will be issued with the conference record number. (The 2026 edition used 69589X.)

Camera-Ready Paper Requirements

1. Papers must be prepared in the standard IEEE two-column conference format (A4 size), with a maximum length of six (6) printed pages, inclusive of text, figures, tables, and references.
2. Two additional pages are permitted at an over-length charge of USD 50 per extra page, payable at the time of final (camera-ready) submission.
3. The final camera-ready version must have a similarity index below 15%.
4. Use of AI-generated content must be disclosed in the Acknowledgments section, in accordance with IEEE’s policy on generative AI.
5. All listed authors must have reviewed and approved the final manuscript.
6. Upon acceptance, the corresponding/presenting author must complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF), transferring copyright of the paper to IEEE, before the final paper is submitted for publication.
7. At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the applicable registration category and personally present the paper at the conference. Papers that are not presented (“no-show”) will not be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
